"Divine, divine, divine ..... Nicky's cakes & tarts are literally to die for. Whenever we have a dinner party or a celebration with friends and family, I call on Nicky for her baked goods. Some of my personal favourites are the lemon meringue cheesecake and the apple pie. The best I have ever had! The quality, service and price are unbeatable."

We enjoy working with The Green Fig Deli. The personal contact with Nicky is great, she thinks along with the needs of the business and is flexible with regards to the ordering process. If it's planning for events, changing delivery dates or focusing more on gluten-free options. We can brainstorm about new cakes together, and she always brings up an idea that will fit our concept. We are happy she started her business, and it will be only a matter of time that more restaurants and catering companies have found her.

We ordered a cake from Nicky for my son's TWO WILD second birthday. The experience with Nicky was such a delight. She was so accommodating. The cake was just stunning. Nicky catered our wedding a few weeks ago and we couldn’t have asked for more. We started with a selection of canapés, followed by a sit-down dinner served buffet style. Nicky was always friendly and smiling—no task was ever too big. We spent only a short time coming up with the menu, and she listened carefully to our requests while gently offering suggestions. The dessert finale was my ultimate treat: a four layered Sicilian Orange Cake, as well as a tiered cheese cake with extra sweet treats. Guests couldn’t get enough and kept going back for more! The food was so good it kept everyone happily at the table. We cannot recommend Nicky enough.

Wij hadden The Green Fig Deli ingeschakeld om een onvergetelijke avond te geven aan mijn schoonouders als cadeau. Wij hebben een voucher gekocht voor een diner-avond bij hun thuis (+6 vrienden) met bijpassende wijn. Het was een hit! Ze vonden het allemaal heel erg lekker, de menu was vooraf afgesproken met ze en alles was perfekt. Ze hadden genoten van de dine-in in hun eigen huis en hun vrienden waren ook zo enthousiast over de service, de wijnen en het eten dat ze zelf nu contact gaan opnemen met The Green Fig Deli om dit bij hen te regelen. Nicky catered for our wedding, the cakes and an amazing grazing table, with small warm and cold bites after we got married. The cakes were so delicious, she made a deluxe carrot cake and a raspberry sponge cake decorated with winter flowers. The grazing table was full of experiences, good quality cheeses, lots of vegetables and fruits too. The amuses were fresh, with some taste explosions. And then the desserts, we could taste all the love that went into the baking. Nicky was amazing to work with, she was fast and was thinking along how we could cater for 14 adults and 11 kids. I would highly recommend Nicky for any festive celebration. Thank you again Nicky!

I gave Nicky a budget and she created a gorgeous gift basket for my mum, for Christmas, including handwritten card. The Green Fig's pantry has an amazing selection of products and my mum was over the moon receiving this, I can't wait to try it when I am in the Netherlands again.
